TONY GIORDANO
Director of Baseball Operations
A graduate of Manhattan College and a veteran of the United States Navy, Tony single-handedly built a successful baseball agency from the ground up leading him to be one the best-kept secrets in the business. His unique combination of tenaciousness and passion for providing top-notch representation for his clients led him to a sixteen-year career representing over twenty-five professional players such as John Franco, Bronson Arroyo, A.J. Pierzynski, Dave Eiland, Scott Coolbaugh, Allen Watson, Brian Barber, and Jeff Innis. Further, many of his former clients are still working in MLB as either scouts or executives providing Tony with a tremendous network.
ADDISON BRASWELL
Director of Baseball Scouting
Addison Braswell comes to North Star Sports Management Group by way of Charleston Southern University, where he coached during the shortened 2020 season. Prior to his stop at CSU, Braswell served as the Assistant Coach and Recruiting Coordinator at Gulf Coast State College in Panama City, FL for the 2018-2019 season. Braswell also spent time as a Student Assistant Coach at NC State, serving as the Bullpen Coach while he was completing his Bachelor’s Degree in Sport Management, before completing his Master’s at California University of Pennsylvania in Intercollegiate Athletic Administration.
MIKE DIFELICE

Known as one of the best defensive catchers in Major League Baseball, Mike was drafted by the St. Louis Cardinals in the 11th round in 1991, and from there made his first Major League start in 1996. For the next twelve years, Mike would go on to play for the Tampa Bay Rays, Kansas City Royals, Detroit Tigers, Chicago Cubs and retire with the New York Mets. Shortly after retiring in 2008, Mike helped develop the pitching staff of the Tampa Bay Rays, with his powerful leadership bringing the team to their first World Series appearance in club history. His influential guidance led him to receive the role as Manager of the Kingsport Mets, a minor league affiliate of the New York Mets. In this position, Mike performed a variety of duties, such as talent evaluation, player development and scouting.
DAVE EILAND
MLB Consultant
Dave Eiland spent ten seasons as a pitcher with the New York Yankees, San Diego Padres and the Tampa Bay Devil Rays. He has served as a pitching coach for the New York Yankees, New York Mets and the Kansas City Royals, winning two World Series in 2009 and 2015. Eiland has worked with some of the biggest names in baseball such as CC Sabathia, Jacob deGrom, and Mariano Rivera; his resume and pedigree is one of the best in the league.
KEVIN SIMMONS
Assistant Director of Baseball Operations
Kevin is a graduate from St. John’s University where he got his Bachelors of Science in Sports Management with a minor in Business. After college, Kevin attended St. John’s University School of Law where he graduated with his Juris Doctorate Degree. Kevin has previously worked at Vision Quest Agency where he spent time putting together player profiles for numerous clients and reached out to different general managers from basketball teams all over the world.
JORDAN MILO
Administrative Liaison
Jordan is a graduate of Adelphi University’s Robert B. Willumstad School of Business with a degree in Business Management. Jordan spent all his four years as a member of the Adelphi University Baseball team. Jordan has spent his life building discipline and character on and off the baseball field which he incorporates with clients and players on a daily basis. Jordan handles all administration documents and is a liaison to our home office in Philadelphia.
